Here's a link to a soft sided cab enclosure. As far as a heater you may need to get one made for a skid steer or smaller commercial truck--basically a hot water heat exchanger in a metal box with a 12V fan. They're on eBay. ....

Thanks for the link earthwrks. I got a quote from my dealer for $2,500. It would have a hard top, soft sided doors, heater, lights, hard front/rear windshield, wipers and lights. I just think it's a little steep. ....

The price for the one in the link was $650, plus the options right? I didn't see a heater option though. Price isn't bad considering a decent hartop or cnaopy is $450 minimum--I have nearly $700 in mine but it's top of the line and made of Kevlar and Fiberglas with automotive finish.
If you have a hardtop already, you might want to stop into a boat cover place--seing as you're in Maine--and maybe they can whip you up something. Velcro may work to attach along with some J-shaped plastic track aattched to the cover that could grip/hug the fenders or other parts.
A good-output heater is going to be crucial. I have a factory heater in my skid steer. On really cold days I can still frost the glass with my breath. ....
